The Awakened Woman Program is a 12-week Activation & Healing 1:1 program for women who want to move from feeling stuck, unwell, “not quite themselves”, off-track & disempowered to feeling confident, connected, empowered and living from their sensual and divine feminine.
When we are weighed down underneath the layers of trauma, illness and stress, life can begin to feel lacklustre, as if we have fog on our lens and cannot see clearly.

Through a personalised combination of channelling, energy healing, womb work, rituals, emotional and somatic practices, yoni steaming, herbs and naturopathy, I help guide you home to yourself.

In the Awakened Woman 12-week container, we will come together each fortnight for healing, activation & integration sessions.

How I Work
I work intuitively with where you’re at in your journey, I’m here to hold the mirror up and help you to find the answers within.
I do not resonate with the label “healer”, but instead, I am an activator for your transformation that will continue long after we work together, and which is not reliant on me holding space for you, but where you can take ownership over your unique process of unlearning and unfolding, absorbing what you need from our sessions together, and continuing the journey with clarity and confidence as the co-creation of our work together continues to ripple through each area of your life.
It’s about activating you into a version of yourself that is ready to be seen, as you integrate light codes that are powerful healing tools activating your DNA, helping you to shift your consciousness, and remember your innate power.
The Exchange
All of these powerful awakening experiences spread across 6 sessions, over 12 weeks with direct access to me via voice notes and messaging through an app in between our sessions for that added layer of guidance, accountability and support.
